How Your Data Stays Secure
Sharma Jyoti and Co never holds your QuickBooks credentials. We access your books only through the QuickBooks Online accountant user invitation — a role with full bookkeeping access but no access to your subscription billing, admin settings, or ability to change your email or password. You can revoke our access in under 60 seconds from Settings → Manage Users. Your QuickBooks company file cannot be deleted or transferred without your primary admin action.
What to Look for in a QuickBooks Outsourcing Firm
- Accounting qualification: ICAI CA (India) or CPA (US) — not just a bookkeeping certificate. Sharma Jyoti and Co is an ICAI-registered firm.
- US entity experience: Must understand Schedule C, Form 1065, Form 1120-S — not just generic bookkeeping
- Year-end workpaper capability: Produces a workpaper package your US CPA can review and file from
- QuickBooks Online specialization: Not desktop-only — QBO is the standard for remote outsourcing
- Fixed monthly pricing: No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons for year-end workpapers or 1099 tracking
